1. Educate yourself on the product and technology
- Log onto www.airpure2100.com;
- Download the Information Kit. If you like what you read, continue and;
- Click on and submit the Public Assistance Grant Placement Form;
- Make sure you enter: Ummah Direct in the last box on the form asking, “How did you hear about AirPure2100?”
2. Email Confirmation
- Once you’ve submitted your form to AirPure2100, email the name of your organization to westucker@airpure2100.com
- The subject line in the email must read “Grant Form Submission for (Name of your organization)”.
- In the body of the email type “Ummah Direct”.
3. Site Evaluation
- When your inquiry form is submitted, you will automatically receive an email from AirPure inviting you to schedule your
consultation. Ummah Direct will follow up with you the day after you submit the form to ensure you have scheduled your
consult and that you have the necessary documentation to complete the Grant Assistance process. You will need:
A. IRS Determination Letter
B. Deed to the property of all locations receiving AirPure2100 equipment (if you own the property). If property is leased, you
will need the commercial lease that must contain a clause stating that lessee/grant applicant is responsible for incident related
damage or substantially similar language.
C. EIN or FEIN
D. DUNS Number
E. SAM account – System for Awards Management
